Soon afterwards the "Burger King" sign was haphahazardly taken off, and the attention of Burger King was drawn. Turned out that the rogue Burger King was cut off from the franchise due to numerous food quality compliants, but continued to operate clandestinely. ## Legacy Later Twitter user @ohip13 (something of a specialty in bizarre Pittsburgh legends) highlighted the story for the rest of the internet
