# Present Simple
## Usage
We use the Present Simple in the following cases:
- to talk about habits and repeating actions:
	> I jog every morning
- to talk about future arrangements, such as timetables:
	> The plane arrives at 9 o'clock
- to talk about laws of nature and permanent present states:
	> Ice melts at 0$^{\circ}$C
- in dramatic narration
	> Robinson goes to the left and scores a goal!

However, when we talk about future arrangements that are in reality personal plans, we use [[Present Continuous and 'going to' for the future|present continous and 'going to']]
